An age-friendly home is one that meets our needs conveniently and safely, regardless of age and abilities. If you are very lucky, you will already be living in an age-friendly home, but the chances are slim. Only 9% of all homes in England have the basic of features that make a home suitable for all life stages (such as a step-free entrance and WC) and even fewer are fully accessible.
